Of Duo Charged with 4 Kilos of Fentanyl and 13 of Meth One Is Offered Freedom Other Detained by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 15 – Two men charged with preparing to sell 13 kilos of meth and four kilos of fentanyl were presented one after the other on July 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Inner City Press was there.   For the first defendant presented, the US Attorney's Office offered release on bond. But when the defendant who is named first in the complaint appeared, the prosecutor sought detention, and the defense consented (without prejudice to making an application later).   The complaint has photos of the drugs seized.   The case is USA v.
