Substack NEW YORK,
July 10 รข With the UN moving
such as it does - behind
closed doors, public be damned
- in 2026 to pick a new
Secretary General, as its last
one Antonio Guterres fails on
Ukraine, Gaza and basic
transparency, a new book has
been published. It
is "United
Nations
Betrayals
(see below) On July
10, the PR of
DR Congo Zenon
Mukongo, whose
Mission banned
the Press from
its program of

conference,
whispered to UN
insiders at
the UNSC stakeout
that under his
presidency the
Security
Council
conducted
three secret
interviews
with one to
come on July 27,
of "Spinizo"
as he called
her. [Espinoza]. He said
the first straw poll
is July 30. Interviewed
on July 7 - whether
Mike Waltz was
there or not
is not known,
he is virtue
Signaling from
Haiti (where
the UN brought
cholera and
cited
immunity) -
were Macky
Sall and
Rafael Grossi. On July 10
Inner City Press
asked the
IAEA, and
Guterres and
his
spokespeople
Dujarric, Haq
and Fleming,
questions
including: "Immediately
state the UN's
knowledge of,
position and

given the SG's
public

about online
disinformation,
what rules

particularly
anonymously or

corrupt. The
https://x.com/tammiterel
account on May
10 self-replied,
"Rafael Grossi
didnรขt just
talk about
multilateralism
he made it
operational.." Then:
"Rebeca
Grynspan is
respected in
development
diplomacy, but
she has never
managed global
security
crises.
M.Bachelet
left the UN
Human Rights
office under
heavy
criticism
after her

Sall left
Senegal amid
deadly unrest
and
accusations of
democratic
backsliding."
And so forth. From
inside IAEA:
"Dear
Matthew:
Thank you for
casting light
on DG Rafael
Grossi's
blatant use of
disinformation
through the
@tammiterel
account X.
This is just
the tip of the
iceberg. As a
IAEA staffer,
there is
constant
chatter about
negative
comments made
by DG Grossi
on other UNSG
candidates,
even while
IAEA
management
decisions are
made
essentially in
alignment to
his personal
ambitions,
rather than
our mandate
and
principles.
Note that,
while the X
account is
anonymous, it
just happens
to follow a
very limited
number of
accounts -
overwhelmingly
focused on the
UNSG race,
nuclear
issues, and
Argentine
media. Is this
a burner
account for DG
Grossi
himself, a
close
associate,
family member,
IAEA staffer?
Everybody
knows that
many in the
DG's Office in
Vienna
moonlight for
his campaign,
despite the
blatant
ethical issues
- taking
inspiration
from DG Grossi
himself, as he
decided not to
step down from
IAEA, going
against the
rules. But I
guess "some
are more equal
than others"
in DG's
worldviewรข¦
ANONYMOUS IAEA
STAFF MEMBER." Keep it
coming - if a
single cent in
taxpayer money
is paying for
any
candidate's
sock puppet... This
issue is not just
ethical. The use
of taxpayer
money to
campaign for
UNSG - where
is USUN's Mike
Waltz on this?
Skydiving? On
the UN roof? Note that
just as Waltz has delayed on
Inner City Press' FOIA
request, Grossi has refused to
answer the questionnaire from
the Free UN Coalition for
Access including about press
access to the UN, and that
Amina J. Mohammed has been
complicit in Guterres Press
ban throughout. We'll have
more on all this. "United
Nations Betrayals: From
Election Stolen by Guterres to
Bribes and Banning of the
Press" - as noted
by New York Magazine on Lee's
Maximum Maxwell book,
at times here he uses the
character Kurt Wheelock, who
first appeared in his
Predatory Bender.
Part of the book in italics delves into the UN Correspondents Association and its efforts to throw Lee out. They appear again in the afterword / novella, "Whacking Qaddafi," which was first mentioned in the New Yorker magazine's Talk of the Town piece
