Bautista
belated
docketed a
redacted copy
of their
motion to
delay trial
beyond July 13
- denied. On
June 26 the US
opposed
Bautista's
motions in
limine,
including
confirming it
has agreed to
not show any
photographs of
the shot baby
to the jury. On

July 15, Judge
Daniels heard
argument on,
then excluded,
statements
from a woman
in 2680 Grand
Concourse to
the
cooperator,
about a 2013
shooting. He
asked the
AUSA, What
conspiracy was
she a part of? The
AUSA said, To
commit acts of
violence to
protect the
group (citing
NYS statutes).
Judge Daniels
said it was
not enough,
and excluded
it. The
trial
continues. Inner

The case is now USA v. Altorei, et al., 1:23-cr-407 (Daniels)
