COURTHOUSE,
July 17 รข
A 35-year-old man charged with
shooting a gun at 10 am on the
streets of Hunts Point, The
Bronx was ordered free on bond
pending the signature of
co-signers on July 15 in the
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrates Court. Inner City
Press was there. The US
Attorney's Office said they
would appear to the week's
Part 1 Judge, Ronnie Abrams,
and they did. The defense put
in a letter that his other
case in The Bronx "does not
involve any of his potential
co-signers or family
members." The
Complaint has photos from
Spofford Avenue and Faile
Street, of bullet casings and
the defendant
running. On July 17 Judge
Abrams granted the appeal of
the US Attorney's Office:
"bail is revoked and the
defendant shall remain
detained pending trial."
The case is USA v. Demunn, 1:26-mj-2677 (Figueredo / Abrams)
