COURTHOUSE,
Sept 25 รข A woman from The
Gambia was detained by ICE and
told she will be removed to
Ghana. She filed a
habeas corpus petition in the
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York,
where Inner City Press found
it. The
petition says that in 2013 an
immigration judge granted her
statutory withholding of
removal to The Gambia. But at
a check-in on September 23 she
was removed. Judge Dale
E. Ho to whom the case was
assigned has set an October
hearing. This case is
Wally v. Genalo, et al.,
1:26-cv-8303 (Ho) Also
in 40 Foley Square, Judge
Broderick has a habeas
