Meanwhile, Roopa Rangaswami, has been installed in ethics despite no ethics experience.  She is close and personal friend of HR Chief Maria Traficanti, found by the Tribunal to be a harasser.  Traficanti brought Rangaswami to ITU from a P-3 role to a P-4 role with no competitive recruitment, and fast-tracked her career from there as an HR insider.  Rangswami has claimed her real expertise is "firing staff"!   As a close ally and beneficiary of the HR Chief, how many of the harassment complaints against Traficanti will Roopa Rangaswami close for her friend?
