SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 23 – A
Korean woman who says that after she moved in with a Long
Island lawyer, he took her photo naked without her
knowledge and sent it to three friends along with crude
jokes about Asian women filed a revenge porn suit on
October 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern
District of New York, where Inner City Press found it.
The complaint contains screenshots of the messages
it says the defendant sent to "three individuals know to
Plaintiff, identified for the purposes of this action by
the initials MT, MA, and CR." The messages "refer to
Plaintiff as 'Asian poon tang' and rank various types of
Asian women as they compare to Plaintiff and/or her
ethnicity."
MT's response was "Love me some Korean pooty tang!"
It goes lower from there - and this days before the
sentencing in SDNY of the Alexander brothers. The
Plaintiff is asking for damages of not less than $5
million. She says the Defendant later acknowledged that
Plaintiff was willing to convert to Judaism so she could
marry him and give him children.
