COURTHOUSE,
Oct 21 รข In the ISIS trial in
federal court in Brooklyn on
the morning of October 21, the
expected closing arguments did
not take place. Instead,
the US Attorney's Office
called back to the witness
stand Lt. Arnold, in full
regalia, about the
bio-enrollment of surrenderees
in January to March
2019. The
problem, the defense said, is
that Government Exhibit 17
does not have the defendant's
photo, and GX 18 may not be a
business records. These
records are admitted all the
time, the AUSA
said. Maybe they
shouldn't be, the judge said,
and took a break. Inner City
Press has been trying to get
copies of the exhibits at
issue. And later on October
21, some success - see e.g.,
