Amid Jason Soto Murder Trial in EDNY Alex Rodriguez On Stand As Exhibits Sought by Press

EDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 19 –    Jason Soto is on trial for murder before Judge Ramon E. Reyes in the Eastern District of New York. On October 19 a government witness about 9mm ammunition was on the stand, with a large (foot tall) bullet in front of him.

Defense counsel ambled up and asked of this isn't the most common 9mm ammo. Yes, the officer said. No further questions.

Next up with a DOCCS Corrections Official, named like the baseball player (and now sportscaster) Alex Rodriguez. Before he was summoned into the courtroom where in the gallery there were only two people other than Inner City Press, the prosecutor entered into evidence from Meta messages of "vanity name" 373ed.

Inner City Press hopes to obtain and public exhibits, a minimum before the trial ends. (US v. Clase et al is approaching in less than two weeks).

The case is USA v. Soto, 1:24-cr-511 (Reyes)
