In Decayed UN of Guterres for UNESCO Legal Post Secret Deal with OLA Alleged No Answers

By Matthew Russell Lee & sources, Exclusive

UN GATE, Oct 23 รข€“ UNESCO, like the whole UN system under Antonio Guterres was been falling apart in corruption and fraud.

Inner City Press has been reporting on serious malfeasance by the French Audrey Azoulay administration at UNESCO in Paris, almost as bad as Antonio Guterres' corruption in and of the UN in New York. A fish rots from the head.

The UNESCO corruption series is now more than 150 stories long.  This is a new, legal (post) story, Part 2:

Dear Matthew Russell Lee:

..After the interviews for the post of legal advisor were held and at least two top candidates were recommended to the DG for appointment, out of the blue the DG canceled the post selection process. Corridor talks pointed to Santiago seeking a secondment and thus a lien to the Organization. This makes no sense, right? What makes even less sense is the re-advertisement of the same exact legal advisor post vacancy for a second time despite suitable candidates recommendations having been made. Yes we checked every line of the two vacancies and they are exactly the same exact same.

In the meantime, while the post advertised for a second time is still open, the candidate that eventually got selected as legal advisor opts to resign his P5 post in OLA. At age 46 without having formally accepted a job offer anywhere. A candidate who had actually been selected back then for the P5 post in OLA after talks of corruption because he had not been qualified for it then. Anyway this is for another story perhaps. That OLA P5 post gets advertised and much corridor talks is of course happening at OLA. Pointing to secret deals between OLA and UNESCO.  Part 5 coming up

Keep it coming. Watch this site.
