COURTHOUSE,
March 25 รข Travis Profit was
up for sentencing on a
violation of supervised
released on March 25 before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge George B. Daniels. Inner
City Press was
there. There was
discussion of masked 18 year
olds trying to rob Profit
while he sold marijuana.
Profit said he didn't know
their age, he was defending
himself when he stabbed one. I
have a daughter that age, he
said. The
defense pointed to the Bronx
sentencing minutes, and Inner
City Press has dug them up. It
was before Justice Timothy
Lewis on March 6. The
incident, the minutes recount,
was in front of 1035 Southern
Boulevard on July 8, 2025 at
3:30 pm. The NYS
court sentenced him to 36
months, and Judge Daniels went
with that, concurrent. Profit
was led out. The overall case is USA v. Ojeda, et al., 1:15-cr-487-6 (Daniels)
