Amid UN Colombia Mission Scandals Misuse of Vehicle Covered Up But Staff Cite Audio by

Substack UN GATE,
March 26 รข How corrupt is
today's UN under Antonio
Guterres? Today's follow up,
the first but certainly not
last, is yet once again on his
mission in Colombia, about
which his spokespeople
Stephane Dujarric and Melissa
Fleming refuse all Press
questions. Inner City Press
has asked them, and others,
about the newest sex abuse
case against the UN there. Now
this, from UN whistleblowers
through Inner City Press: .... One more time, Federico Ledesma has allowed his discriminatory and abuse full personality out for a stroll. He has threatened and berated national staff working against him or his wife's plans more than once, and more than once he has been recorded. The DSRSG has knowledge of at least two of these recordings, which have been forwarded to a local news reporter who is currently working with several victims of UNVMC. There is no surprise there, UNVMC is widely known for using and abusing the national staff. Starting with formed SRSG Ruiz Massieu who decided to make the mission his dating pool, he gave out an NPO-D, a P3 in NY, a P5 to his current mistress and a parade of NPO-C's and P3's and P4's to those around him who covered his indiscretions (or held them against him). OIOS refuses to investigate these cases, they only investigate whatever Mar Brusola and Federico push. The current SRSG should review the amount of HR investigations Mar has brought against officers and national staff that are not close to her, and how any cases against her and other corrupt HR "officers" have been shut down by her husband's office. The cover up on the vehicle usage started the second your article came out, but recordings are still there. Hope Ledesma's practices don't get to the witnesses to make them afraid to lose their job with current roll of heads in the mission. We'll have more on all this. Keep the info coming.
