Amid UN Colombia Mission Scandals Misuse of Vehicle and Fuel Alleged by Whistleblowers by
Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book
Substack UN GATE,
March 19 รข How corrupt is
today's UN under Antonio
Guterres? Today's follow up,
the first but certainly not
last, is yet once again on his
mission in Colombia, about
which his spokespeople
Stephane Dujarric and Melissa
Fleming refuse all Press
questions. Inner City Press
has asked them, and others,
about the newest sex abuse
case against the UN there. Now
this, from UN whistleblowers
through Inner City Press: This is not only misconduct. This is fraud. Chief CDU, Federico Ledesma and his wife Tenporqry Chief ORM, Mar Brusola is using SRSG vehicle for funny business. This is not official duty. They take the most sensitive vehicle with no UN marking, no GPS, no control. No authorization, no paperwork, no request and no payment for fuel. This is deliberate action to avoid being seen. Why he choose this vehicle when he can request any vehicle like all staff? What is he doing that must be hidden? Where is he going, who he meeting? Also, he is not paying for the fuel like us. This is misuse and abuse of UN resources. This is fraud. Using UN asset for personal activity and not paying cost is clear violation. He is protected by transport officer who was fastly promoted from UNV HR to FS-5 and now close to FS-6, while posts are cut and others suffer. This new officer is part of same fraudulent system created by Brusola and agreed to by the useless Yang Wang, toy CMS and crooked Russian doll Igor Kornienko also placed there by Brusola, who has full knowledge of the fraud and failed to report it. Staff are scared of Chief CDU and Chief HR. The most dangerous and abusive couple in the mission. Every time they find out about a report against them, they threaten the staff and create fake investigations against them to retaliate. This must be investigated immediately. No more silence We'll have more on all this. Keep the info coming.
