Man Who Sold Ghost Guns on Etsy Wants Time Served Sentence on April 17 by Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon Book Substack SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 15 – A man charged with selling ghost guns - 3D plastic gun frames - on Etsy is up for sentencing on April 17.  His lawyer, arguing that his client "is not a gun enthusiast," is arguing for time served, one year home detention.    The complaint had a screenshot of the defendant's Etsy shop, with photos of guns / frames, and "Add to cart."    The sentencing is by U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Ronnie Abrams, whose proceedings Inner City Press often covers.
