DOJ on April
20, 2023
announced that
"MATTHEW
TAYLOR
WITKOWSKI was
sentenced
today to 60
months in
prison for
conspiracy to
commit health
care fraud by
fraudulently
trafficking in
orders for
durable
medical

WITKOWSKI

the
sentencing.
The AUSA said
very little.
Witkowsky
spoke for
himself,
citing Romans
13:1 and God,
several times. Midway
through, three
U.S. Marshals
came into the
courtroom.
After
Judge Cote
imposed a
sentence of
sixty months,
she ordered
remand, given
the
defendant's
links to, and
history with,
the Dominican
Republic. He
appeared to
expect it, and
was granted
time to say
goodbye in the
courtroom. On
May 25, a

"CHRISTOPHER
