May 1 â Amid expectation of
NYC corruption indictments
from and at the Southern
District of New York, on
September 24 suburban
corruption came to the fore,
and how. Stewart
Rosenwasser, a former county
judge and senior-level
prosecutor in the Orange
County District Attorneyâs
Office, was indicted and
charged with accepting $63,
000 in bribes from Mout'z
Soudani to investigate and
prosecute his sister and
nephew in a $1.9 million theft
and embezzlement
case. When the FBI
showed up at this door, there
was reportedly an exchange of
gunfire, and suicide by
Rosenwasser. It's a developing
story, but the (43 page)

September 24, Soudani was
freed on $1 million bond, 7
page bond document on Patreon
here. On February 9,
2026 his trial was pushed
back: "ORDER granting in part
and denying in part [60]
LETTER MOTION as to Mout'z
Soudani (Signed by Judge Cathy
Seibel on 2/9/26) (Seibel,
Cathy). On May 1, the US
Attorney's Office wrote in
that "on or about April 15,
2026 while the case was still
pending, Mout'z Soudani, the
defendant, died....We
respectfully request an order
of nolle prosequi." The case is USA
v. Rosenwasser, et al.,
