submitted a falsified
spreadsheet to FINRA for his
family's company Edison
Nation, then pleaded guilty. On May 4
he faced sentencing by U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Colleen McMahon. Inner
City Press is covering the
case. Ferguson
is represented by Brad Bondi
of Paul Hastings, who writes
that "Chris' entrepreneurship
earned him the trust of former
NJ Governor Jim Florio - for
whom he went on to manage
investments. He
argues, "Chris deep regrets
the critical lapse in judgment
that led to this conviction,"
and asks for no jail
time. The case is USA v. Ferguson, 1:26-cr-31 (McMahon)
