prosecutors said fired shots
at a fleeing and bleeding
victim in The Bronx was the
subject of a bail fight on
July 8 in the U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrates Court. Inner City
Press was the only media
there, and live tweeted it: OK- now in SDNY
bail hearing on defendant,
convicted of felony, charged
with shooting at Individual-1,
"who was already bleeding," on
162nd St and Melrose Ave in
the South Bronx. AUSA: We
have the shooting on video, I

Honor would like to see it.
The attempted murder

York. His girlfriend lives in
