Complaint on Patreon here But since Burgess spoke to the grand jury, will this be presented in the criminal case as obstruction or intimidation? Jump cut to October 28, when counsel for Combs - who is still in the MDC - wrote in to "request that the Court hold oral argument on the motions to dismiss the Amended Complaint filed by Defendants Nexstar Media Inc. and Ariel Mitchell." On January 27, 2026 Judge Cronan granted Nexstar a stay of deposition discovery - but not of non-deposition discovery, during the pendency of Nexstar's motion to dismiss.
