Tarrytown Jewelers is at 273 North Central Avenue not in Tarrytown but in Hartsdale NY.  ADA: What do you do there?  Witness: I oversee. I have 7 employees. They do sales, expediting.

ADA: Do you keep records? Witness: Yes, invoices of sales. ADA: Where do you maintain them? Witness: In the store and on computer.  ADA: I ask the Court Officer to hand you People's Exhibit 12. What is this? Witness: A disk. I initialed it. It has sales records from Tarrytown Jewelers... That is a representation of a watch

Witness: That is the batch total - a representation of credit card receipts for the previous day.

On June 29, both were convicted. Sentence is set for August 6.
