COURTHOUSE,
April 8 รข How corrupt
is today's UN system under
Antonio Guterres and, at UNDP,
Alexander de Croo? Today Inner
City Press, banned from the UN
by Guterres with none of its
written questions answer by
Spokespeople Stephane Dujarric
and Melissa Fleming, follows
up on the UNDP beat with this,
sent to it yet another
whistleblower: It started last
week with, Dear Matthew
Russell Lee: At UNDP, the OHR
Director is on annual leave
until the end of April and
will retire at the beginning
of May 2026. The UNDP Chief of
Staff, Michele Candotti, is
also wrapping up and beginning
his retirement, while still
denying that 15 staff members
inappropriately benefited from
their expatriate status as
internationally recruited
staff. We appealed to
the UNDP Administrator,
Alexander De Croo, to act on
this long-standing corruption
case. Now on April 8:
Dear Matthew Russell Lee
Yes, the UNDP OHR Director is
on leave until the end of
April and will thankfully
finally leave his empire of
corruption at the beginning of
May 2026. But staff need to be
aware that the very same OHR
Director that has been key in
cutting people's jobs, whose
contract was coming to an end
in May 2026, was trying to
blackmail senior management to
give him a nice separation
package so he wouldn't spill
his dirt on them.
OHR Director also ensured that
his chief enforcer Shazma
Nathwani and other women
are well protected to continue
abuse of authority throughout
the organization. So while people
lose jobs, David Bearfield
made sure to secure a
significant pay package for
himself and put his favorite
women in secure
positions. One of the
secrets that the OHR Director
tried to keep is the Michele
Candotti payments of $20K a
month in DSA. The corruption
and abuse is deep.
Michele Candotti being paid
$20K a month is all verifiable
in Quantum. People have
complained but Ethics,
OAI and the Administrator have
all protected them. To have
this relationship in the face
of every UNDP staff is a
disgrace UNDP Administrator, Alexander De Croo - any answer? USUN PR Mike Waltz? MUNGA?? Watch this site.
