presented in Federal court on
December 19 on four charges,
one of them death penalty
eligible, for the killing of
UnitedHealth CEO Brian

the Federal trial from October

on April 1, Justice Carro
changed his trial date from
June 8 to September 8,
possibly requiring another
SDNY proceeding and change.
