Roc Nation Is Sued for Sexual Harassment With Desire to Maintain NBA LaMelo Ball as Client Cited

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Aug 24 –  Roc Nation has been sued for discrimination and harassment by Amy Huffman. The lawsuit was filed on August 24, 2026 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, where Inner City Press found it.

  Hoffman alleges that one Jermaine Jackson a/k/a Germaine Jackson "repeatedly defamed Plaintiff, falsely stating that she obtained DRNX Enterprise business through sexual conduct." She says she reported the sexual harassment to to Roc Nation including its Legal Counsel Colin Brown and its head of M&T Alex Ingram. 

 There is a theory: "Jackson maintained a longstanding professional relationship with NBA star LaMelo LaFrance Ball, one of Roc Nation Sports LLC's most valuable athlete relationships... Roc Nation possessed powerful institutional incentives to avoid a direct confrontation with Jackson, and by extension, LaMelo Ball."
