SDNY COURTHOUSE, May 26 รข€“ A defendant charged with robbing FedEx delivery personnel of boxes containing Apples iPads, Airpods and other electronics was presented on May 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrates court. Inner City Press was there.

The complaint, first filed against another co-defendant, has photos of the getaway car (with a bullet hole in it), and of a deliveryman being robbed.

The US Attorney's Office agreed to release on $50,000 bail with a GPS monitor, noting that the defendant should be considered in custody until the GPS was installed.

The overall case is USA v. Velasquez, et al., 1:26-cr-13 (Garnett / Netburn)
