On April 1 Judge Garnett held a proceeding, and Inner City Press again live tweeted. The jury questionnaire deadlines were moved up, ending June 5 in deference to Justice Carro's June 8 trial date, and move the Federal trial from October 13 to October 26 or November 2.

And then, later on April 1, Justice Carro changed his trial date from June 8 to September 8, possibly requiring another SDNY proceeding and change. What explains Justice Carro's timing? See book on Carro's proceedings here, and Inner City Press' April 2 morning vlog.
