SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 7 – Neil Cole was indicted in 2019 for securities fraud and "improperly influencing audits" of Iconix Brand Group.
On July 7, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Edgardo Ramos held a pre-trial conference. Inner City Press covered it.
The case had been scheduled for trial on May 11, but that was pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On July 7, defense counsel asked, Where are we in the queue? Judge Ramos was not able to say with certitude. A new conference was scheduled, for August 11 at 11 am.
The case is US v. Cole, 19-cr-869 (Ramos)
