SDNY COURTHOUSE, Aug 5 รข€“ A man who pled guilty to armed robbery is up for sentencing on August 11 before  Lewis J. Liman in the U.S District Court for the Southern District of New York, which Inner City Press closely covers.

He is requesting a time served sentence, eleven months, on a guideline of 41 to 51 months.

His lawyer notes that he has worked for Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Then he attempted to rob a jewelry store in The Bronx. He says that the gun, BB gun and knife were carried by his co-defendants. He is only 22 years old.
