SDNY COURTHOUSE, June 13 – An NYU student know as John Doe has sued the school, after being expelled over allegations he stalked and harassed his ex-girlfriend, Jane Roe.

On June 11, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Gregory H. Woods held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

The plaintiff's lawyer said that referring to a Magistrate or mediator would be to no avail, because NYU doesn't want to. NYU's lawyer said it was a non-starter, because John Doe wants his disciplinary record expunged and they are not going to do that.

The case is Doe v. New York University, 20-cv-1343 (Woods)
