On February 26 for Konstantin Ignatov, with a 90 year guideline, the US Attorney's Office asked for time served - with lines redacted.
On March 5, Konstantin Ignatov got just that: time served, with two years supervised release and a forfeiture of some $118,000. Where is the rest of the money?
