UN GATE, March 20 – After the US Mission to the UN, complicit in Sec-Gen Antonio Guterres' cover-ups and censorship of Press, announced it would veto Algeria's Gaza ceasefire resolution, back on February 19 it emerged the US will have its own draft. A month later the game continues.
It will be more Kabuki theater in the UN, with the Press that has been asking in writing about UNRWA banned from entry.
Instead, from Guterres' UN on March 20, this on the cover-up "led by Catherine Colonna, the former Minister for Foreign Affairs of France. Her Interim Report findings and recommendations to the Secretary-General. It has found that UNRWA has in place a significant number of mechanisms and procedures to ensure compliance with the Humanitarian Principle of neutrality, and the group has also identified critical areas that still need to be addressed. The review group will now develop concrete and realistic recommendations on how to address these critical areas to strengthen and improve UNRWA. The group will present the final report on the 20 April and that report will be made public." But no answer to written questions to the UN about UNRWA: fraud.
In the midst of the war in Gaza, with the UN failing as on Ukraine, the tragic corruptions was mirrored in farce at the UN Correspondents Association garish ball on December 15, 2023.
They charged their members, including Iran and China state media, $150 - and much more to others.
The event has previously charged Chinese businessmen like convicted Ng Lap Seng money for photos with the UN Secretary General. Who paid this time?
Jump cut to February 2024, when UNCA published the ballot for its Executive Committee "election." A clean slate, everyone elected. This includes, now, two representatives of China state media.
In fine CCP fashion, UNCA after publication of the above blocked on X / Twitter, photo here - in the name of the officers, reps of AP, NPR, France 24 and Le Monde. UN Corruption Associates.
The UN continues to ban all journalists from Taiwan, and to ban Inner City Press with Melissa Fleming and now Ian Phillips formerly of AP refusing to answer pro bono law firms' letters seeking the application of free press principles to the UN. We'll have more on this.
