SDNY COURTHOUSE, Feb 24 – Jeffrey Hastings was charged in 2020 with conspiracy to commit securities fraud involving SAEX. On November 29, 2021 he was sentenced to 36 months and restitution.
On February 24, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Gregory H. Woods held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
SAEX (SAExploration Holdings) has put in a request for restitution.
Judge Woods asked for supplemental submissions by March 10, and Hastings' response by March 17.
