SDNY COURTHOUSE, Feb 23 – Erica Lindsay Lee sued two-time political candidate Andrew Yang - but her complaint is not available to the public on PACER.
On February 23, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lorna G. Schofield held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
Yang had defaulted, but is being allowed to revive the case.
The first request? To seal and remove from the docket two declarations that Lee put in.
She has been give four weeks to find a pro bono lawyer, then three weeks to respond.
The case is Lee v. Yang et al., 21-cv-7934 (Schofield)
