SDNY COURTHOUSE, August 9 – GBM Global Holding Company Limited sued to enjoin the transfer of cryptocurrencies from "The Unidentified Individuals Listed on Schedule A."
On August 9, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Alison J. Nathan held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
Judge Nathan explained that she would have to see proof that arbitration was filed for, but extended the Temporary Restraining Order to August 23.
The case is GBM Global Holding Company Limited v. The Unidentified Individuals Listed on Schedule A, 21-cv-6284 (Nathan)
