COURTHOUSE,
March 4 â At 12:26 am on
September 29-20, 2025, the US
Attorney's Office filed a
sentencing memo on Sean Combs,
asking for 135 months
imprisonment on October 3.
Memo on Patreon here. Just over a year
before at 4:30 pm on September
16, 2024 Inner City Press was
told by its SDNY source to
expect "the big one" - Sean
Combs - the next day in an
SDNY courtroom. [Inner City Press
published a first book / audio
book Diddy Do It? on Sept 20

Now sentencing book here. On July 2 the
jury came back with not guilty
on RICO and sex trafficking,
guilty on counts 3 and 5,
transportation for
prostitution. On October 3
Inner City Press live tweeted
the sentencing, 10 am to 5 pm,
here,
resulting in a 50 month
sentence. Then it published

signed off - and on October 8
docketed an Order of

notice of appeal was filed. On
December 9 Clayton Howard

December 23,
the US
Attorney's
Office wrote in
opposing:
"Howard argues
that because
the Government
counted him as
a victim for
the purpose of
Combsâs
Guidelines
calculation,
he must be a
victim under
the CVRA, but
this argument
fails to
appreciate the
different
definition of
âvictimâ in
the CVRA and
the
Guidelines....
even if he
were a CVRA
victim, Howard
is similarly
not entitled
to the other
relief he
seeks. For
example,
Howard
requests âall
case
materialsâ
ârelating to
his
victimization.â
(Dkt. No. 552
¶ 3). But
â[t]he CVRA .
. . does not
authorize an
unbridled
gallop to any
and all
information in
the
governmentâs
files" - 5

DOJ letter to

4,
denied: "ORDER
as to Sean
Combs. The
Court is in
receipt of
Clayton
Howard's
motion for
sanctions and
its
accompanying
exhibits. The
materials are
not properly
filed in this
criminal case,
as they deal
with matters
outside the
scope of this
action. If Mr.
Howard wishes
to file a
claim related
to the issues
addressed in
his motion, he
should follow
the
appropriate
procedures for
filing an
action in the
appropriate
court, or for
seeking
redress in the
appropriate
forum. For
this reason,
the motion is
DENIED without
prejudice to
refiling in
the
appropriate
manner. The
Court further
acknowledges
receipt of Mr.
Howards
Opposition to
any motion to
seal his reply
memorandum.
This motion is
DENIED as
premature,
given that
there has been
no motion to
seal the
reply.(Signed
by Judge Arun
Subramanian on
3/4/26)." more on
