SDNY COURTHOUSE, March 3 – A man charged with shooting a gun in a bodega in
The Bronx after a conviction of a felony was indicted on
March 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern
District of New York, which Inner City Press closely
covers.
The initial complaint has still
photos from the bodega on January 29, 2026, and describes
five .40 caliber Giulio Fiocchi Lecco cartridge casings
found there. Also, a photograph it says is the
defendant hiding a gun in garbage bags on East 205th
Street near Bedford Park Boulevard.
He was detained on February 18 and
the case has been wheeled out to District Judge Ronnie
Abrams.
