Bit Digital Is Sued For False Claim of Bitcoin Miners in China Now Motion Due Nov 19

SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 31 – Anthony Pauwels sued Bit Digital for fraud, under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.         

       On October 29 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Andrew L. Carter held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

  Pauwels complaint that though Bit Digital "claimed it was operating 22,869 bitcoin miners in China," J Capital Research verified with local governments supposedly hosting the BTBT mining operations that there are no bitcoin miners there."  

 Judge Carter said that defendants' motion to dismiss is due November 19.
