On January 30, his case was indicted and assigned to District Judge Analisa Torres.

Jump cut to April 14, 2026 when for a sentencing set for April 28 the Federal Defenders wrote in asking for 48 months.

The case is US v. Cole, 24-cr-57 (Torres)
