100 CENTRE STREET, Dec 9 – The day after the Daniel Penny trial evidence closed on November 22, a new book was published about the case, "Daniel Penny for Your Thoughts," e-book and audiobook on Amazon here.
Now on December 9, after the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict on Count 1 and Judge Maxwell Wiley dismissed it saying they could consider Count 2, a not guilty verdict has been returned, leading to shouts in the courtroom. Inner City Press live tweeted it, here.
