A December 4 conference was postponed after Cuomo's lawyer filed a letter saying a protective order is needed to stop Bennett's counsel from speaking to the press about NYS taxpayers paying for Cuomo's defense. The letter is redacted after references to a push-up contest - letter on Patreon here.
On December 6 Bennett's lawyer opposed any gag order, and reiterated her claims, including that Cuomo told "Ms. Bennett he was “lonely,” was “looking for a girlfriend,” and wanted to “get on a motorcycle and take a woman into the mountains'"- letter on Patreon here
