On June 29, 2022 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge John P. Cronan held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Counsel said they are in serious discussions to resolve the case.

Jump cut to August 16, 2023 when after Cracchiolo pled guilty on March 15, now he was up for sentencing. Inner City Press was there, the only media in the courtroom. Thread:

Prosecutor says Cracchiolo asked Seid get get him the gun as protection against former scam business partner. They want 6 years.

Defense wants 4 years, saying he's a good son, and father to 6 year old Antonio. He's been working in plumbing in Florida; alcohol cited

Cracchiolo: I'm ashamed and will try to make amends. Judge steps out to robing room to think. Cracchiolo gets up from defense table, jokes with two guys in front row of gallery. Has on jacket, pink shirt, no tie.

Judge is back: Guideline is 87 to 108 months... Please stand... I sentence you to 60 months [five years]

Last thing in the docket about Seid is his travel to Las Vegas...
