SDNY COURT, Nov 1 – Rina Oh Amen has sued Virginia Giuffre for naming her as a co-conspirator of Jeffrey Epstein instead of a victim, as she said she is.
The case was filed on October 28 and has been assigned to U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald. Inner City Press which covers SDNY found it then exclusively and will follow it.
Oh Amen cites Giuffre's Twitter account which said, "meet Rina... she was Epstein's GF and was rewarded with $$ in trade for victims - real victims," @-ing FBI.
Judge Buchwald has told other litigants before her that she is retiscent to hold in person proceedings or trials.
