SDNY COURTHOUSE, Nov 4 – Brandon Johnson faces trial December 14 on drug conspiracy charges.
On November 4 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Andrew L. Carter held a potential charge of counsel proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
Judge Carter explained to Johnson that charging lawyer could delay things, and asked if he would try to speak about with his counsel.
Yes, Johnson said, adding that a phone call goes a long way.
