SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 14 – Christopher Scotto pleaded guilty to diverting and selling oxycodone but was found eligible for the Safety Value.
On October 14 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Chief Judge Laura Taylor Swain held his sentencing. Inner City Press covered it.
The sentencing memo cites "Perdu Pharma" and that Scotto has started a business cleverly called "Lawn and Order, caring for lawns and doing snow removal.
Scotto's father was a police officer, who invited then dis-invited him to live with him on Staten Island after divorce.
Chief Judge Swain noted favorably Scotto's narcotics counseling plan. She sentenced him to three years probation.
