SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 19 – Andre Pauwels of Belgium sued Bank of New York Mellon for stealing his model for analyzing the energy sector.
On October 19 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Katharine H. Parker held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
There were discovery disputes, and a plea by Pauwel's lawyer that every day costs him. Judge Parker set up a settlement conference by Microsoft Teams for November 10 at 2 pm.
The case is Pauwels v. Bank of New York Mellon Corporation et al., 19-cv-2313 (Abrams / Parker)
