SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 12 - In the Lev Parnas and Andrey Kukushkin trial jury selection process on the morning October 12, one of the first prospective jurors said his brother is a real estate lawyer for the Trump Organization.
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge J. Paul Oetken asked if that would make the man less than fair. No, the man replied. And so it continued, until 15 jurors (10 men, 5 women, three of the 15 alternates) were selected, with a political animal and a former DOJ employee excluded. Inner City Press live tweeted here:
