SDNY COURTHOUSE, Oct 3 – Sara M. Lyons sued Amazon for allegedly stealing her design of enamel pins, embroidered patches and other items.

On October 1 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Alison J. Nathan held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Judge Nathan asked a series of questions, then said that in the SDNY, the judge with the lower docket numbers decides if a case is related.

She indicated she thinks this one is related to one before Judge Lorna G. Schofield, whom she told of the conference. Now, will they be consolidated?

This case is Lyons v. Amazon.com, Inc. et al., 21-cv-3786 (Nathan)
