SDNY COURTHOUSE, July 26 – Rekor Systems, Inc. has sued two childhood friends of its CEO for swindling it into buying their business Firestorm Solutions LCC.
On July 26, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lewis J. Liman held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
The parties proposed to complete fact discovery by October 28, 2021.
A jury trial is requested - and Judge Liman will further hear the parties on July 30.
The case is Rekor Systems, Inc. v. Loughlin et al., 19-cv-7767 (Liman)
