COURTHOUSE,
Sept 8 Kersti Ferguson,
Audra Christiansen and five
Jane Does sued Frederick
Fekkai and his employee
Patrick Coombs in September
2025 in NYS court, citing Rep.
Thomas Massie on the Epstein
Files, apparently on Fekkia (a
still from a video speech is
attached). On September 8,
2026 Fekkai filed to remove
the case to the U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York. Inner
City Press found the notice of
removal, signed by Perry Law,
noting that it is the second
removal. Fekkai
largely mocks the claims and
the claimants, saying the
diversity jurisdiction is
feigned and that Ferguson has
been quoted saying Epstein did
not try to have sex with her
but rather "shriveled up." DOJ
emails are attached.
Fekkai says, "Of course
Jeffrey Epstein committed
crimes and torts. But these
Defendants cannot face
liability simply because
Epstein was generally evil."
As to Patrick Coombs it points
out the timeline doesn't work
and while there is a Patrick
in the Epstein files,
"unsurprisingly, over a 20
year period at $400 million
enterprise with hundreds of
employees had (at least) two
Patricks on the
job." The case is Doe 1, et al., v. Fekkai, et al., 1:26-cv-7655 (Unassigned)
