SDNY COURTHOUSE, June 10 – Bangladesh based fabrics company Generation Next Fashions banks with JP Morgan Chase. Now they have sued, for Chase selling them out.
On June 10, 2022 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Lewis J. Liman held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.
Chase, as is its way, has filed a motion to dismiss its customer's complaint. The case's discovery is now stayed pending resolution of that motion.
The case is Generation Next Fashions, LTD v. JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. et al., 21-cv-9266 (Liman)
