SDNY COURTHOUSE, Feb 27 – Leonid Falberg, a participant in The Goldman Sachs 401(k) Plan, has sued Goldman Sachs for breach of the duties of loyalty and prudence.

On February 25, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York  Judge Edgardo Ramos held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Across the East River in EDNY, Goldman Sachs is being shown in an ever more negative light in US v. Jho Low, with GS' Tim Leissner describing the company's hunger for fees.

Here in this SDNY case, Judge Ramos has given Goldman Sachs until February 28 to file a motion for summary judgment.

The case is Falberg v. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. et al., 19-cv-9910 (Ramos)
